Shipping policy

DUE TO THE HOLIDAYS, ORDERS PLACED NOW WILL BE SHIPPED ON MONDAY 6TH OF JANUARY 2024.

The Site delivers throughout the European Union and the rest of the world. 

The product ordered is delivered to the address shown on the Customer's order form. The delivery address may differ from the billing address, and the delivery time depends on the delivery address and the means of delivery selected by the Customer.

The Company is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance of exported goods.The delivery times specified below only apply from the time the order is dispatched.

Depending on your shipping location, delivery is made, at the Customer's initiative, by one of the following transport options provided through Shopify shipping:

  • La Poste (Colissimo with signature required) : Delivery within 1 to 3 working days
  • International delivery (outside metropolitan France, Monaco and Andorra) is made by DHL carriers.

Delivery charges are free for orders of €200 or more for France (standard delivery) and €400 or more for international delivery.

In the event of damage, the Customer must express his/her reservations clearly and precisely on the delivery note, a copy of which is sent to the Company by La Poste or the carrier. In this respect, it is the Customer's responsibility to check the contents, conformity and condition of the product upon delivery. This verification is deemed to have been carried out as soon as the Customer, or a person duly authorized by the Customer, has signed the delivery note presented by the receiver of La Poste or by the carrier.

Despite the care taken in the preparation of orders, it is possible that a product may be missing from the order, or that an error may have occurred during preparation. If you notice such an error, please notify us by e-mail at service@violainemuras.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
